Breakfast:
oatmeal w/1% milk, 1 oz walnuts, >1/4 cup raisins
1/2 ww bagel w/ pb
Snack:
apple, bonne belle cheese round
Lunch:
homemade chili - made with Smart Round veggie crumbles, added chopped up zucchini! DH was so exercised over the zucchini he never said a word about the crumbles.
tomato, avocado, pepper slices
Snack:
yogurt or ff latte
Dinner:
Balsamic chicken (a WW recipe), potato, broccoli
