Where are all the whole-foodies?
Here's my organic veg*n day:
8 oz. orange juice with 1 serving hemp protein powder (this is just ground hemp seeds and has a LOT of fiber and protein as well as a great omega 3/6/9balance)
1 sprouted seedy bagel with 1.5 oz. soy cheese
4 oz. pomegranate juice
2 cups broccoli and 2/3 cup seitan (wheat gluten) with garlic, spices, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 T. nutritional yeast and 1 T. olive oil
3 large spears of fresh pineapple and 12 oz. white tea
1 cup tamale pie (left over from yesterday, lots of veggies and beans and no added fats)
22 oz. fresh veggie juice (beets, celery, carrots, cucumber, lemon and ginger)
1 cup Silk Enhanced and 1 serving flax cereal
64 oz. water
That is a LOT of delicious food (and nutrients, fiber, antioxidants etc.) for 1,600 calories!
