B--strawberries, raspberries & blackberries
S--yogurt
L--salad of mixed baby greens, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, blue cheese and chicken with raspberry-walnut vineagrette
D--don't know yet, probably another big salad with romaine, corn, black beans, chicken, tomatoes and orange and red peppers
Glad to be back--spent a week with my Mom helping her out after surgery. I actually did good up there and have lost 1/2 a pound!

Allison, your salads sound delicious!
I had oatmeal and skim milk for breakfast, and a banana for a snack.
Lunch was brown rice, onions, portabellow mushrooms and chopped spinach, stir-fried and tossed with a tiny bit of soy sauce.
I'll have a berry and yogurt smoothie for a snack.
Dinner - Quinoa stuffed bell peppers (recipe from eating well) and a spinach salad.

It wasn't perfect, but....
B'fast:
2 scrambled eggs with salsa*
1/2 english muffin with natural pb*
Snack: none
Lunch: This was the imperfect part
Mexican with a GF
Dinner:
penne pasta with a homemade sauce: sauteed zucchini (cut really small), onion, orange pepper*, added a can of petite cut tomatos*, and about 1/4 cup of bottled sauce (Newman's own). Yummmy.
Later: cup of tea
