I follow the blogs Wellness Mama and Food Babe and today on facebook I seen a link for a wellness summit and there are going to be several videos discussing different topics. I have just been listening to them in the background today at work. They are pretty interesting if anyone wants to check them out.
I'd personally be cautious of anything "food babe" says, basically she says a lot of things that aren't true/anti-science. I mean nothing wrong with focusing on whole foods but that doesn't mean you have to make stuff up.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
