I've been on many diets. Shakes work well for me.
As do health drinks.

I found that my personal approach to losing weight leaves me bored. I used to fuss over perfection. I hoping that nutribullet can help with a weekly health shake. No matter how it turns out, I want to keep my weekly good food rituals.

I'm no where near maintenance, but the key is adjusting to the smaller BMI calories. I believe a weekend nutrition shake could be a great time and place to stay focused at least once a week.

Every kitchen should have one! We use ours for smoothies, making nut butters and baby food! My baby always ate fresh whole food, nothing from a jar! Great product!
