I currently just have olive oil, canola oil, toasted sesame oil. Once in a while, I get peanut oil, walnut oil, or almond oil. I usually mix part butter (grass-fed organic) and part oil whenever I can, to eliminate some animal fat or to add flavor.

I want to try avocado oil and, after reading this thread, coconut oil!

I just use first cold pressed coconut oil for cooking and extra virgin olive oil for cold dressings. I will cook in animal fats if I have them around.

I use coconut oil for regular cooking, and olive oil usually as more of a finisher (like chopped tomatoes tossed with olive oil, or massaged raw kale).

I use raw cold pressed coconut oil and olive oil. I also use butter but I don't think it is a good. Better than margarine by far though.

I'm coco for coconut Go for coconut oil. IT'S MIRACULOUS. I use it for everything—skin, hair, food, etc. Like I said: I'm coco for it.
