$150-200 per week for my SO and I. That's mostly Costco, but we eat quite a bit of meat and some of our shopping is through a local organic grocery delivery service. It's still WAY less than we were spending eating out all the time.

Also note we both eat about 2100 calories per day, more if we work out. So it's almost like there are three of us, by some people's standards...

I dont have mine broken down either but this is roughly how I do it:

Monthly shop at cash and carry - 200 euros
Weekly food shop over a month - 200 euros

So roughly we do 400 euros a month but this also includes pet food, baby items such as nappies and baby wipes etc.

On the monthly shop we buy a lot of meat such as chicken breast, whole duck, mince, chicken drumsticks, chicken thighs, pork etc.We also get tinned tomatoes and coconut milk and olive oil and a few other bits.

Then weekly we get our fresh fruit and vegetables and any fish that we want.

Just on food alone, I usually spend $60-$80 a week for myself. I don't eat out during the week, so that balances out my food costs. I do buy meat, but generally go to the stores that have the best prices and only buy what is on sale. (I rarely eat beef because I can't swing $5/lb when I can get ground turkey for less than $3/lb).

I spend $50 weekly on groceries for two.

We rarely eat breakfast (which should change, I know).

My man prefers to buy lunch out every day, and I take leftovers for lunch.

I cook dinner for us both every night.

I do this only because I'm on a very strict budget. I could easily spend twice that if I had the means to.

Since I'm vegan and I buy+cook all the food, we only have vegan meals which cuts down A LOT on cost. Meat/milk/etc. is expensive.
