I have heard that we should eat a healthy diet most of the time, wether 80-90 % of the time. So do any of you eat those unhealthy or at least not whole foods sometimes? If so what are they?
For me I do have :
coffee -1 -2 cups per day
light beers - 4 per week ???? But not every week.
pop chips (hard for me to give up chips and these satisfy with fewer points values)
rarely-candy bar, I do love organic dark chocolate and have it and can ration it but sometimes I crave a snickers and eat a mini one. But not often.
Also once in awhile I do have pizza or some ordered in food.
Wow that sounds like a lot and I do and am working towards changing this for the better.
