I haven't cooked one in years, but I have been craving spaghetti. I bought a spaghetti squash today, so I can use it instead of pasta, and then realized I have no idea what a portion should be. Maybe it doesn't even matter, since in of and by itself, there aren't many calories, but I'm not sure if my 2 1/2-ish pound veg is 2 servings or 20. Does anyone know?
