Default Any tried this book?

Its called "Whole Foods Diet Cookbook: 200 Recipes For Optimum Health" by Ivy Ingra Larson and Andrew Larson. It sounds pretty good and has had good reviews from what I can find, but I'm pretty sure I will only be able to buy it online and I cant find any actual previews of their menus. Usually I try to check the recipes, especially for cookbooks originating from overseas where I might end up having to substitute a lot of stuff (although I am guessing that whole foods wouldnt have this so much because even here we have fruit, veg and meat ). But I do like to see the recipes before I buy. Has anyone tried them out?
