I eat raw nuts daily. They are a healthy protein. Sometimes I crave those delicious salthy nuts, and so I eat them and enjoy them.

Trader Joe's Almond Butter (I like the crunchy kind) is one of my staples. I put a Tbs in my morning oatmeal and use a Tbs in the evening on my Ezekial bread. It's very filling and I like it better than peanut butter or eating whole nuts. Nuts are also good for lowering your cholesterol.
