I like scrambled egg whites with salt and pepper and a LOAD of Pico de Gayo on top. Steel cut oats are another one of my favorites.

Those were the only waffles I could find that didn't have any hydrogenated oil in them. I also understand what most of the ingredients are, which is a big plus!

Buckwheat groats cooked in almond milk (needs to be done ahead of time unless you have 45 minutes), with peaches. mmmm!

I'm a huge fan of eggs and will eat them in any form, with anything on top. Scrambled eggs with homemade salsa ... yeah!!!

Hi
I have the same breakfast every single day. I don't have to think about it, and I find it carries me through to lunch with lots of energy. My smoothie is 1 scoop "Supreme Planet", a soy free protein mix, 1 scoop "Vibrant Greens" which includes my favorite, spirulina, a banana and enough water to blend. Tastes great and I am on my way. I take my vitamins at the same time.
