I love Trader Joe's eggplant hummus, but I have no idea if it has preservatives or additives.

This recipe for Spicy Orange Hummus is always a big hit. I know it is a lot of ingredients, but most of them you just measure and throw into a food processor. It actually comes together pretty quick. I sub lemon juice for the orange juice.

I love hummus on sandwiches. My fav sandwich (after PB&J) is turkey, cucumber, avocado or guacamole, alfalfa sprouts or micro greens, and hummus on whole wheat.

I love TJ's Organic. The container is pretty small, though. I have only tried making it once and didn't like it very well, but I'm going to try again with all the suggestions listed here!

As it turns out, tonight I'm making a lentil soup and it calls for chickpeas. Since I'm only making half the recipe, I'll use half a can. I was considering making some hummus out of the rest. I didn't realize you can get tahini-less hummus. I'll have to look for that on my daily walk to TJs.
