Thought id share this amaazinnng sandwich i just got made for me at an awesom sandwhich bar!!

Wholemeal bread x 2
avocado
eggplant
carrot
sundried tomatoes
pineapple
baby spinach leaves
basil pesto

Toasted!!:D:D:D:D

Ive recently turned vego and not eating dairy either- so i find it so challenging to find foods i can enjoy as much as i did w/ chicken and cheese.

That does sound just FANTASTIC. Mmmmmmm. Lately I'm really loving fruit in my meals, as part of the savory dish, not just as a whole piece of plain fruit on the side.
