New to this Forum
Hi, I'm new to this forum. My weight loss diet of choice is South Beach diet, because I like to eat Mediterranean-style. I modify the diet plan by cutting out the artificial stuff. I'm already active on the South Beach diet forum. I've been into eating whole foods for years, with occasional "cheats' that made me put on the weight.
I hope to participate here and post good links that pertain to eating "clean."
