I am trying to combine a few things, Superfoods, Body for Life and a small amount of South Beach. They all make sense to me but my biggest aim is to include as many superfoods a possible and limit my artifical stuff and with summer here and all the fruits and veggies around how could you not enjoy a superfoods diet.

I'm kinda in the same boat as you. Wasn't a huge fan of South Beach, but I learned the need for whole foods... I haven't really been trying as hard lately.. I should get back up.. but I just don't..
