365 is really good and can be cheaper then food at a regular grocer. Infact we usually purchase 365 if shopping at WF's.
Oh, Canelle Amy's cheeseless pizza=

I did go to Trader Joe's last week and planned to get whatever I couldn't find at Whole Foods. I went to Whole Foods today. I went down every aisle and there are so many choices. I talked to myself the whole time and felt like I was a foreign country. I figure each time I go back it will get easier.
Sorcha33--I can't wait until the end of April/beginning of May because that is when many of the farmer's markets open up in this area. We do have some year round ones too.
Skinnygina--I was overwhelmed by the cheese. To be honest I was overwhelmed overall.
Nelie--I think TJ's does have great prices. Also I did notice that in WF the 365 prices are great too.

Oh yeah there was a lot of food I left in the store that I wanted to try but I figured I could save it for next time.

I love Amy's cheeseless pizza, it is awesome. My regular grocery store carries it though

My Trader Joe's has their house brand Amy's Cheeseless Pizza for less than Amy's Cheeseless Pizza at Whole foods.
I've never seen organic yam fries at Trader Joes though...Just commercial.
As far as organic goes, I don't just prefer organic food for the pesticide or lack thereof, it's an environmental issue as well.
I really shop around to get the best prices as it seems y'all do.

See, living on the Main Line everything is SO expensive around here from all the old money and the multi-millionaires (it's quite annoying)... so even the ghetto, dirty Acme that's down the street from me is completely outrageous in prices! And TJ's and WF's are actually major deals compared to even the most run-down commercial grocer.
Yeah at the TJ's here in the produce section they have fresh-cut yam fries with nothing else on them (no oil or anything) and I just throw them in the oven with rosemary and paprika, and there's no added fat or calories, and they totally take care of my craving for french fries! TJ's just thinks of the greatest things to sell!!!
Amy's brand stuff is completely to die for.

My trader joe's doesn't have any cheeseless pizzas and I've checked. They just have pizzas with cheese.

Mine just got it in. Request it! I did and now 4 months later, it is here, along with the chickenless nuggets I requested (vegan ones!!!). I heard that other Trader Joe's had these products from online friends across the US and so kept putting in written requests for them.
Michelle125, we have the fresh cut yams too but they aren't organic here. They do have bags of organic sweet potatoes though! I buy them for DH. I will get to eat one someday, maybe soon, if I am lucky.

I recently found that there are often FREE coupon books available at whole foods for many organic products. I've saved LOTS of money with these. Just ask at the customer service desk. These are manufacturers' coupons and can be used at other stores.
I LOVE whole foods! Some of their items seem pricey but there are some excellent deals as well. I've saved lots of money on their bulk spices. They have a large selection in little plastic tubs....very cheap. Also their bulk nuts and grains are very reasonable. I also love their brand...365
I love their fish! You can buy a whole fish and they will clean and filet it for no extra charge. Sometimes you can get really great wild caught fish for very reasonable prices per lb.
If you are into teas...they have the MOST amazing selection!

Thanks Telemetrynurse. I love to save money so I will ask about coupons. You're right on time about the tea. I mostly only drink water and soymilk so I'm getting a little bored. I want to load up on tea and buy an ice tea maker.
