B - 2 WG pancakes (TJ mix), 1/2c TJ FF Greek yogurt, 8 oz fresh strawberries, 1t maple syrup; coffee w 1c 1% milk, 1t cocoa, cinnamon

S - apple

L - salad: leftover salmon (4oz), 1c spinach, 1c romaine, cilantro, onion, 2T walnuts, 1T Craisins, 6 TJ Soy Multiseed Soy Sauce crackers, 1/2t dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, pepper --- finally, a salmon salad I enjoyed :-) it just takes loading on the oriental flavors, I guess; I think it was especially the sesame oil that made it so tasty; the rice too

S - chai tea w 1c 1% milk

D - 2c homemade minestrone, 1 oz grated Asiago cheese

S - 1/2c grapes

B - 1/3c (dry) oatmeal, 1/2c blueberries, 1/2 m banana; coffee w 1c 1% milk, 1t cocoa, cinnamon

D - orange chicken & veggie stir fry, 1/2c brown & wild rice

S - dark chocolate, 2 squares (<1 oz)

B~ 3oz grass fed beef, 2 med eggs fried in 1 tsp olive oil, 8 oz 2% organic milk

S~ smoothie made with banana, strawberries, lowfat yogurt, 2%milk, 12 oz total

L~broiled salmon with fresh garlic, lemon juice, and cracked pepper, spinach and tomato salad with 1/2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 tsp olive oil, and a cup of green tea

S~ red apple, 20 raw almonds 8oz fresh sqeezed grapefruit juice w/ 1 tsp pure maple syrup

D~ 1/2 cup leftover 15 bean soup mixed with 1 cup brown rice


about 2000 calories hmmmm sounds like alot.

L~ chicken salad with 1 cup romaine lettuce, .25 cup broiled chicken breast, 1/8 avocado,1 tablespoon walnuts,few
slices red bell pepper, chopped green onion, basalmic vinegar, 1 oz herbed goat cheese, 1 large orange,
peppermint tea

S~ lowfat yogurt 1/2 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds


D~ broiled beef tenderloin 3 oz 1/2 cup steamed carrots (what i'm planning to have)


est 1582 calories
calories have come down but fat ratio is up arghhhh!

L~ 4 oz wild alaskan halibut steak, with cracked pepper and fresh lemon juice, 1 cup spinach, 7 baby carrots, 5 grape tomatoes, 1/2 oz herbed goat cheese,1/3 cucumber sliced, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. 8 oz organic lowfat milk

S~ 11 whole raw almonds 8oz fresh squeezed orange juice

D~ brolied chicken breast ( boneless & skinless), soy sauce, 1 romaine lettuce leaf, toasted seame seeds, 5 crimini mushrooms, (what's on the menu)

L~ 1 cup brown rice 1 cup homemade 15 bean soup with 1 clove fresh garlic

S~ lowfat yogurt w blueberries and whole almonds

D~ 1/2 cup cooked chicken with a sprinkle of crushed almonds and 1 tablespoon soy sauce 10 baby carrots glass of milk

S~ 1 cup watermelon, 1 box raisins, few walnuts

around 1700 calories
