Wednesday

B - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 spoons apple butter

S - blackberries

L - big salad - spinach leaves, broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, beets, red onion, red pepper, 90 calories of chicken breast, organic BBQ sauce

S - tangelo

S - cut up veggies

D - it's game night, so I'm going to stop by my favorite organic grocery store and pick up sandwiches from the deli. I'm going to get a turkey wrap with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrots and avocado. It comes with a really good spicy sun dried tomato sauce. I am going to TRY to stay out of the snacks!

*edit* I was pretty good, I ended up having a few of my boyfriend's tortilla chips, 5 Wheat Thin crackers and I saved my no sugar added cocoa until game night. Considering the room is completely full with Dorito's, Nutter Butters and Oreos, I did pretty good.

I know! Well, I got a bag of them, and this was the first one that was dry and kinda flavorless, so that's good. OTOH, the grapefruit I bought was great, I didn't even add sugar to the leftover half I had this morning.
