Join right in. Just do it whatever way helps you. You can focus on the actual superfoods if you want, or just use it for a general food accountability home. It's a great place to get ideas. I haven't been listing for a few days because I'm on vacation.

Hey Cabincreek I just bought it at the grocery store (because I am lazy). It's basically the stemmy parts of broccoli (and it's sometimes mixed with shredded carrot/purple cabbage) that have been shredded. In my grocery store, it's near the bagged lettuce. This is not the brand I buy (I buy the store brand usually) but it looks like this:
http://www.greengiantfresh.com/image...occoliSlaw.jpg
I should just buy some broccoli, steam the heads and put the raw ends through my food processor. It would save me so much more money!
I love the stuff, it adds a GREAT crunch to salad or wraps. And I love eating more broccoli!
Jen
