Question Anyone watch alkaline foods?

Does anyone here work on eating more alkalizing foods? If so how do you go about balancing your foods?

Found the answers myself online. Eating fresh fruits and veggies lean more toward alkalizing the body. Looks like whole foods is the way to go. Balancing ph in body helps the body to automatically lose weight.
