Found the answers myself online. Eating fresh fruits and veggies lean more toward alkalizing the body. Looks like whole foods is the way to go. Balancing ph in body helps the body to automatically lose weight.
DETERMINATION keeps me going when the going gets tough.
I can believe that "I can" or I can believe that "I can't," and either way I will be right.
