The latest episode of the Splendid Table has a great interview with Marion Nestle, the author of What to Eat. She is very articulate on the subject of food safety and food politics. She has written in great detail in WTE about organic food labeling....she's all-around a great read. In the interview she encourages us all to "Vote with our forks" - love it!
