Thumbs up Menu for 6/7/07

It looks like menus were being done daily so I didn't see a 6/7 one so I will add.



Breakfast-
2 eggs
spinach
1 slice ww toast

Snack- none I forgot

lunch-
Smoothie

Snack- I forgot

Dinner- (went out)
Steamed Broch.
1/2 small red potato
BBQ Chicken
BIG salad (Spinach/ romaine/ carrots/ beets/ sunflower seeds)
couple bites of talapia
Sugar free frozen yogurt (1/2 cup)

Water- 2 liters!

Day is : GOOD!

Menu for 6/8/07

Breakfast-

2 eggs
2 ww tortillas
roasted veggies
1 tbsp - cheese

snack- 1/2 banana

Lunch went to DS B-day party at Mongolian grill
Chicken/ Beef
Mixed veggies (Broch/ cabbage/ Peppers/ Zuchini/ celery/ spinach/ onion/ garlic/ carrots/ tomato)
Pineapple

Snack- NF Yogurt

Dinner- Smoothie

Water- 2 Liters

Day was- Excellent!! I could have really messed up going out to eat but I didn't!

Catching up on yesterday.
B-kashi go lean crunch, skim milk
S-ff/sf iced latte
L-huge veggie salad (spinach, tomato, carrot, cuke, chick pea, walnuts), peach
D-cod, brown rice, salsa, 2 cups mixed veggies(broccoli, yellow and green squash, carrots)
S-strawberries and yogurt

Spinach ceasar salad
Hot wings

Snack:
popcorn

Water: 1 liter

Day was: Good!


6/10/07

Breakie
2 slices WW bread
Peanut butter

Snack:
SF pudding

Lunch/Dinner (went out)
Roasted Chicken
Big salad
Cauliflower
sample of spinach quiche
Beans

Water: 1 liter

Day was: Good!
