I don't know if you all have seen this and I am the last to know, but here is a link to a really cute video.

It is a Star Wars spoof, but actually has a positive message about eating healthy natural foods.

Since I am a long time watcher of my weight, and also a Star Wars geek...I have seen this. Someone forwarded it to me about two years ago, I think. I love the little stormtrooper eggs.
