Advice on Lowering points?
Hi. I've been at 24 points since I started weight watchers 11 weeks ago. I seem to be losing most consistently when I eat all of my flex. The last three weeks I have even gone over my points by about 6-7 points each week. I have still lost a pound a week all three of those weeks.
Today I am supposed to move down to 22 points. Should I do it? If everything is working at 24 points, should I leave it there? Any help would be appreciated.
