Default Scale Recomendations

Hi Ladies (and men)

I going to be without a weight watchers menu between now and the first of the year and I want to continue my weigh ins. Can anyone recommend a scale that is as accurate as it can be?

Thanks! T

Tanita sells weight scales that measure both weight and body fat. The weight measurements are extremely accurate... identical to my Weight Watchers and doctor's office scales. They are pricey but for me worth it. Just google tanita scales and you can buy online.
