Well, I'm getting ready to leave in a little bit to go to the WW Center to sign up. I'm really excited, but kind of nervous at the same time. I was on ww a couple of years ago, but I didn't work the program.
My son is away in the Marine Corps and he is very proud of me for joining today. He comes home next month for a couple of weeks before leaving for Iraq for a year. I can't wait to see him! He said he probably won't recognize me when he comes back.
I hope he doesn't!
So here it is, my day of commitment to myself: to losing this unsightly weight, to getting healthy, to increasing my quality of life - and I'm going to do it for me.
Woot! Woot! Here we go!
