Leftover casserole 6/17
1 cup skim milk 2/19
Steamed veggies 0/19

Snack:
WW 2 pt bar 2/21
2 small pieces of key lime pie (YIKES) 8/29

Water:
84 oz

Exercise:
3.1 miles on the treadmill~45 minutes~7% incline~4.1 MPH

sauteed onions & zucchini (w/oil spritz)
cheese 1
1/2 apple .5

snack:
pretzels 1.5
chocolate truffle 2
chocolate milk

total 21.5

exercise: cardio class -2

Hey there Katie - hope you slept better last night... Laurel sorry to hear you were up last night. I've been having a pretty restless sleeping pattern myself lately.

OK this is a new week, and I really need to focus on getting back to basics.

Morning (1)
cof - 1, never left office to get bagel...

Midday (7)
grilled chicken - 4, steamed veggies - 0, eggplant w/ tomato - 1
WW bar - 2

Evening (9)
smart ones beef in peppercorn - 4, 1/2 yam - 2, bok choy - 0, bite of fried chicken (yum) - 1, skinny cow - 2

Total - 17 (banked 6, activity 5)

Exercise - Track tonight. 1 1/2 hrs - 5 Activity points
Water - need to start drinking again for real had @ 32 oz
