I'm starting up a water challenge. We all know that drinking plenty of water always helps with weightloss, so drink up!!!
Sunday 10/1 - 100oz DONE!! Monday 10/2 - 100oz DONE!! Tuesday 10/3 - 160oz DONE!! (this is half of my weight!) Wednesday 10/4 - 60oz DONE!! Thursday 10/5 - 120oz I didn't make my goal, but I did get 100oz! Friday 10/6 - 120oz I didn't make today either, but I did get in 80 Saturday 10/7 - 80oz 110oz DONE!! I got 30 more oz in than planned!!

l gal+1qt a day...OMG....I can't imagine ever getting that much
water in......I read somewhere that when dieting we should drink half our weight
in oz of water each day, for me that would be 109 oz a day...it is my goal but I've never made it.

Oct 1-I did to go back and drink some more water and managed 90 oz.
Oct 2-also 90 oz.

LOL, you bet I was on the pot all day, hehe! But I think as the day progressed my body got used to drinking that water, cuz towards the end of the day, I wasn't using the BR like I was earlier in the day
