I know that you are suppose to have 6 glasses of water a day, but how many ounces is a glass of water. Wendy

A glass of water is 8 ounces. (and you really should have 8 glasses a day - at least 64 ounces)

I drink about a gallon of water a day. I just love water and its so good for you!

Drinking more than the recommended 8 glasses a day is beneficial to your health and weight loss efforts.

The weeks I truly drink my gallon a day (I do that alot - but even I have my down times) I lose more weight.

Drink up!!
