OK now I'm slightly above that age bracket so "watch it"!

Seriously, while not all the time, I've got to tell you I'm really happy with what 'this old gal' has done and maintained. I look at pictures of me five years ago when I was overweight and a major couch potato and pictures now... and I know I look and feel way better now.

Morning (now with that soap box speech I better have a good day)
bagel - 4
cof - 1

Midday
fish taco - 5

Evening - Italian restaurant (16)
2 - glass of wine - 4
grilled shrimp - 4
bread - - 2, pasta with sauce - 3
spinach - 1 salad w/ bacon - 2

total - 26 - 1 activity point = 25
no exercise - minimal stretching

and p.s. little lala no sassing off to your elders, whippersnapper!!!!

Myra, I'm a great believer in eating as much as you can while still losing weight. Sometimes you need the extra points! Way to go!!!!
