Hey there LT and LM...

Boy I am so glad to be back in the real world. I pretty much blew it this past week and am pretty nervous about getting on the scale today at WW. But I've got to find out what kind of damage I did. I'm just hoping I can get back on track enough this week to stabilize the effect of gorging myself.

Morning 5
bagel - 4
cof - 1

Midday 9
grilled chicken - 4 steamed veggies - 0 humus - 1
1 power bar 4

Evening (12)
salmon - 6, oil - 3, honey - 1
sugar snap peas - 0
noodles - 2

estimated total: 26 - 1 activity point = 25
water - 32 oz
exercise at track - racewalking - 5 activity points

Laurel, you seem like you are having a better day. Great choices. Yum. I love boca burgers and I too eat a lot of tofu. When made right it is really delicious.

Patch, glad to have you back.

Morning
ww smoothie with soy milk 3
strawberries 1

Midday
Taj Palak Paneer with brown rice 6
roll 3
seaweed salad 2
ww bar 2

Evening
Boca grilled "chicken" 2
squash 0
pasta 3

Total: 22

Exercise: weight training and step kickboxing

About to do some yoga with my hubby as well. That should keep me from snacking. Last night I just couldn't stop snacking. I managed to keep within my range, but barely. I got to stop that night time eating.

Myra,

The boca burgers were an inspiration to get more soy in the body. I do like them too. I have to say i'm sleeping worse with the slight increase in soy but that's probably not related.

Indian food. Taj is the brand. They make frozen Indian food. Palak Paneer is spicy spinach with chunks of goat cheese. It is real yummy.

Thanks again for the birthday wishes! Didn't do anything special. i'm a little down on birthdays. Did my WW weigher training and signed my life away to WW (For $10 a week, it's pretty amusing the number of papers you have to sign).

I really like the Bocas - but Patch you can't expect that they taste like a hamburger. They taste like Boca burgers which are very nice. P.s. Eddie (the cat) also likes 'em!
