I have a question for you if I may, How do you convert the recipes in Vicki Park's book for our WW program? I just love her books and would like to try some the recipes but, I'm confused because she only includes the fat grams for each, no calories, no fiber information! I know that all of them are low~fat but, I'd like to know more information so that I can convert them! Any suggestions? BTW, have you tried her earlier book, "LIve, don't DIEt"? I like better than the second, so many Easy recipes for things that I know the family would eat!
