Summer Season Pass Challenge
Don't you love it! A contest where we all LOSE!
Our local WW chapter is selling Summer Season Passes for $149. They are good for all meetings thru September.
My proposal - whether the seasons pass is available in your area or not, whether you do flex or core, whether you do WW online, at home, or at meetings, heck - even if you don't do WW, that we all do it here together.
Your job is to check in each week with your progress - be it good, bad, or ugly. Summer is tough. Parties, BBQ's, drinking, camping, concerts (my family can even turn a concert into smorgusboard)... I have had more than one reason in previous attempts to quit WW during the summer thinking I would start again in the fall. WELL ~ NOT THIS SUMMER. This summer I want to keep right on losing until I reach goal (maybe November or December).
I will keep our posts update and organized. I will tally the weigh-ins and the losses. If you PM me your email - I will even track you down if you abscond for awhile.
If you want to post meals and track your points, come join us on the Tracking Thread
Share with us stories of triumphs (to give us inspiration) and defeats (so we can all analyze how not to make the same mistake).
First Weigh-In was the week of MONDAY MAY FIRST.
Screen Name (aka ) - Starting Weight, Current Weight
Morrigan (Wendy) - 188.4, 183.4 on 5/8 -5

My first weigh in was Monday May 1st,
Jacque - 235.6 lbs
(The weight on my ticker is by my home scale... since I'd much rather count the morning weight )

I'll join, too, since I check in in other threads. Well, I'd still join even if I didn't in other threads. I currently weigh in on Tuesdays so I'll probably pop on on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Although, now that I'm thinking about it, our meetings here in town are closing (the leader is "taking a leave of absence") so with that and summer classes starting up, I guess I'm going ot have to find a new day. For now, I'm a Tuesdayer, though.
My weight this week was 171 on the nose. I'm hoping and praying to break into the 60's this week, though!

And my sister's name is Amie - Wendy and Amie, they have always rolled off the tongue as though we were twins or something in my family. I busted out my favorite names, Morgan (or Morrigan) and Jasper on my dogs since we were married 10 years before having kids.
The kids are William and Anna. Maybe they are lucky - who knows?
I will find out the info on how long the seasons pass lasts during our meeting on Monday.

I would like to join the Summer Season Pass Challenge. In my area the Summer Pass is $159 for 17 weeks. I love the passes as they are so convienent and cheaper. Plus paying the $159 up front makes me want to go. (I am very frugel with my money.)
I attend meeting on Thursdays. On May 4th I weighted in at 193.8 lbs.

Oooh, ooooh, I want in!!! My center's season passes were $115 but good til 7/28.
I weigh in on Tuesdays and at last count, I was 187. I have been having an extremely tough time staying OP though these past few weeks, we have had unplanned houseguests and as a result, lots of takeout food and junk-food lying around. It's hard having MORE people in the house, more people = more food I just need to keep my head screwed on straight so I can get through this. These guests will not be here much longer so I think I can stick it out til then.
Morrigan (Wendy), thanks for starting this, great idea!
Amy, I just noticed your weight stats, they are almost like mine! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? I'm guessing a few inches taller than my statuesque 5'3"
