celery&pnut butter-1
Caramel mini cupcake (home made)-2 pts

TLC Granola
Splenda Flavored water

1 C turkey/rice/vegetable soup-2 pts
1 C Broccoli - 0
Raw Carrots - 0
1/2 c Cottage cheese-2

1/2 slice bread
1/2 TBL chocolate peanut butter

total: 25 pts (right on target according to the wendie plan)
I walked today but i didn't eat those points
