KT - re - sleepless nights, I've found that my wonderful DH (I'm married 3 years)- who I wouldn't trade for the world... is a real toss and turner, and snorer
. I wake up at least a couple of times at night. It probably isn't what's keeping you up, but I figured I'd share anyhoo. I find that a small glass of warm milk relaxes me enough to fall back to sleep.
And I agree with lalala and LM that you owe it to yourself to at least call your doctor and/or gyno and see if they have any suggestions.
lalala - I have a problem with carbs too - I just love 'em. and I do not want to give them up. But one of my heartfelt goals is that I desperately want to fit back into my bathing suit by mid August. So what can I do for leverage? I've just hung it on a door knob at home and every time I pass it, I'll force myself to imagine all that pasta, bread, rice and chips hanging on my hips
