Default Is anybody up for the challenge!!!!

I was wondering if anybody feels like a thanksgiving challenge!!!
I am totally psyched about it. I just joined ww about 4 weeks ago and It is going quite well for me. We have about 6 weeks until " turkey day" and I just want to see how well I can do. Because I know that I am capable of losing weight. And wouldn't it feel good for your family to comment on how good you look. I don't know about you but I can't wait. Now don't forget that we only have about 6 weeks, so please don't create a goal that is not healthy or establishable in a short time period.

I hope lots of you join me!!!!!

I want 30 lbs off by Thanksgiving... Is that too unrealistic?
~we'll see what happens~

So we are too update this site every Monday with our progress?

Goal:

Follow JC
Drink 64 oz water
Work out three days per week (spa)

**************
CW: 301
SGW: 271 (By turkey day)...

________________________________
Well, since we have to weigh in and post our progress every Monday, I guess I will use my weight per my bathroom scale (it's less than my doctors scale) My doctors office is 45 mins away from me and I probably won't make that drive weekly.

Bathroom scale weight:

What about rewards!?!?! My reward for dropping 6# by T-day (which will require OP, water, and Y) will be... new shoes, out of my usual price range (cheap or really cheap).

my reward for now is just going to have to be feeling better about myself until i reach the big goal . when i reach my 123 my grannie is taking me shopping for all new clothes talk about incentive. i'm starting school next month thats my present from my hubby. course maybe i can talk into a new pair of jeans and a top to celebrate the loss have to wait and see but, yes rewarding yourself with non food items as a way of saying I did it is a great great idea

Miss McCoy-
Thank you so much for starting this challenge. I needed something to really kick me in the butt and get going. Right now I'm at 158-I'd like to lose 15 pounds by Thanksgiving-bringing me to 143. I was doing well earlier this summer, and going back to college and the fall has packed on the pounds again! So, this is great. Weigh ins on Mondays sound good, too.
Ladies, we can do this. When you're tempted by food, remeber, Thanksgiving is so close, don't cave in! We are stronger than food!
I'll be posting again soon.
Go ladies!
Molly

Hi ladies,

I'm from Canada but I'd like to join your challenge. What better way to lose then with friends no matter where they live, right!

My goal is to lose 12 pounds which will put me at 140.

My reward if it is done is maybe a new pair of jeans.

Good luck to you all and see you at the finish line.

Kim
