Default Egg Whites

It says in my weight watchers book, that you can eat 3 egg whites for 1 pt. Does anyone know what size of egg thier implying? becuase there is a few different sizes out there. Also if i decided to make an omelet with 2 egg whites, and some veggies in the morning, could that still be considered one point?
thanks

1 egg white (large which is 17 calories)= 0 points
2 egg whites = 1/2 point
3 or 4 egg whites = 1 point
