I finally did it again. I was trying to follow Weight Watchers at home and trying is the operative word and couldn't get anywhere with it. I would be doing so good all day and then I would get a craving and cheat. I didn't have to answer to anyone when I weighed in so who cared right?

I took the plunge last evening and went back and rejoined. The ladies were really glad I was back and I told them to tell me I have to go to every meeting. One of the leaders said she was going to do that and took my information and said she wasn't giving it back to me until after the meetings so I would stay to the meeting. That really helped me.

I ate a good breakfast this morning and went for a walk and I'm even drinking my water at this very moment. And it's only 10:30 am. That is good for me. I usually don't even get dressed until 1 pm

Anyway I feel great about it and I'll be talking to you girls later.

Hey Nibs! I had to restart WW too. it was hard for me because I had made goal and then gained back almost 45#. But the people there were wonderful and welcoming. I feel better doing something about my weight and going to meetings keeps me accountable. Since going back I am down 16.6#. We can do this together...
