WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU (AND MADE YOU) SUCCESSFUL: Something my first leader (in at At-work program said penetrated my mind: "How many times are you going to lose the weight, gain it back and lose it again? JUST DO IT NOW for the last time." I took those words seriously.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Right now, it's being able to maintain, without becoming so comfortable that I get lazy. This is a daily job. Keeping focused and on target.
