WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU (AND MADE YOU) SUCCESSFUL: I never let an episode of bad eating prove to me that I am incapable of eating healthy, I just get back to eating healthy and exercising as soon as possible so that one bad day doesn't become two, then a week, etc. My goal is to be healthy, not just to be a specific number on the scale.
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: Definitely portion control. I can eat and eat like I have a bottomless pit. Some tactful (?) souls have commented: "Boy, you sure can eat a lot for a girl!"
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO CELEBRATE SUCCESSES: Like everyone else: Go shopping! I love finding bargains, and now find more clothes that fit, so it's great. Addicted to buying shoes, especially black ones.
