snack:
latte 2/2

dinner:
baked lightly smoked salmon 5/7
w/light sour cream
potatoes w/ dill 1/8
crushed zucchinis
asparagus

snack2:
rice pud 3/11
tea

a bit of chicken filling 1/12
part of apricot/caramel bar 1/13

breakfast:
go lean bar 5/18

lunch:
chicken noodle soup 2/20
salad 1/21
hershey's kisses 3/24

exercsise: 45 minutes cardio, rowing,
biking, stepping, cross training

water: yes, yes
