  • Boy, I was pretty good this weekend, but my
    pants are not happy .

    snack:
    nf decaf tall latte 2/2
    small piece of shortbread cookie 2/4

    dinner:
    artichoke
    spinach/mushroom filled chicken breast, swiss cheese and white sauce 8/12
    egg noodles 2/14
    water

    snack2:
    kozy shack rice pudding 3/17

    breakfast:
    luna bar 4/21
    coffee
    water

    lunch?
    dentist, probably not
    (though i'm not sure how i would count
    eating the dentist, that is to say, i have
    a dentist appt.)

    exercise: better
    putting the rest of the kitchen away
