Question Activity Points?????

Hi, I'm starting over and have the food points books. I don't have a clue about the activity points. How many do you get for each activity? Long ago the first 20 minutes went to WW before you could count any additional. HELP! I'm so confused

hi doxie,
well I go to meetings so i got the activity slide, it's just like the points slider only it helps you figure out activity points. but it seems that you are doing it on your own so i can tell you that a 30 minute brisk walk gives me 3 activity points. you can go to the weight watchers site and subscribe (it's not free) and they have "etools" that you can use to figure it all out. they also sell a "points calculator" that you can purchase. i love that! I keep it with me in my purse so i can record everything if i'm not able to write things down. good luck!

Thanks Jenn. Walking is all I can manage at this point. So I'm glad it counts for something. I'll have to work up to the "brisk" part. I appreciate the info.
