ok ladies out of the 10lbs i set for the month of may I lost 9. Now i want to set another challenge for the month of June I want to do the whole 10lbs this month. anyone else with me?

Count me in, I need to get back at this thing. If I'm not constantly thinking about it and trying, I end up gaining. I'd like to lose 6.5 pounds in June. So I'd better get on it!! First thing is to get up off my fat *** and go outside and work.
well i weighed myself this morning without having anything in my stomach and I am so happy to say that I at the moment(and i hope my scale is right) weighing 180!!!!
May 31st I was at 186 that means I have lost a total of 6lbs in just 7 days...is that possible??

Need to up the exercise this week, had a bad weekend of eating, however, bar a few little dips, I am hoping to post a loss this week. I need to check out my closet and see if I have anything in my closet that will work for a family wedding next week. I really don't want to have to go shopping.

yes lala i too discovered that. when i am at work i hournal everything and when the weekend hits i slack. I too weighed myself on friday and i went up 1 pound bummer. oh well i must try harder now as my vaca is closing in on me

Hi all. I know the month is half over but there's no time like the present. Can I join? My goal til end of month is 5 lbs (I've been eating horribly for the past four months, so this is quite do-able if I follow the program and get some exercise). I will weigh on Saturdays. Tx.
Hey there!! I brand new to the site and wanted to jump in this challenge.. I started WW on June 2nd with the hopes of losing 10 pounds this month.. Low and behold I lost 6 pounds the first week and will be getting weighed again in a few hours and hope to see a nice drop today!!! So maybe I should change my goal to 15 pounds for the month.....
I can't weigh in before I leave tomorrow, but I'm back on track (save a run in with a cornmeal cake), so I'll weigh in when I get back into the country next week.
