Angry

Hi,

I started WW about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and I am just loving it! I just had to express myself
So far I have already lost 5lbs!

Altogether I have lost 23lbs. I had started Atkins back in November and lost my first 18lbs. It took me four months to lose 18 lbs, which is fine but I wanted to lose it faster. I had hit this tremendous stall, and rather than get discouraged I decided to try a different approach, with more of a variety of foods to choose from.

And so far I am so jazzed! It's really nice to be here with all of you guys. Hope you don't mind me tooting my own horn for a couple minutes

Default Welcome

WW 123 points plan is the best eating plan I've ever been on . It doesn't feel
like dieting ,its really a new approach to food. Having said this I'm just pulling myfelf
off a binge but having a problem with food means I'll always face that dilemna.
I will say I feel the best ever when I'm on the points plan and I hope the same
holds true for you. I'm not a fan of the Aitken's diet only because some years ago my
doctor told me I almost wrecked my health from being on that . He was very
concerned for me after doing a series of tests and I realize now that certainly
wasn't for me. Best of luck to you with WW .This is a super place to visit for
support. Toot your horn all you want

Default Welcome!

You've come to the right place! This is a wonderful site and so helpful to those of us who has made this lifestyle change to better eating and you have joined (in my humble opinion) the best program to do it!

Best of luck to you and may your "losses" be many!

Toot all you want. You're doing the right thing. Very smart to change eating plans when encountering a plateau. I know a few people who alternate plans and are successful at it. Great weight loss. Good for you!
