Default New WW scale?

Hello, I purchased the new WW scale which is digital and my granddaugter fooled around with the set buttons and now I cannot get a correct reading on my weight, does anyone know how to reset one of these??? Thank You

Hi,

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question- actually I have one of my own. My new ww scale doesn't work at all - someone told me it may be the battery, but I was under the impression that these are life-long lithium batteries and don't need to be changed. Anyone know anything about that?
