Breakfast: mini bagel w/ fried egg, 1/2 cheese slice and a drizzle honey (6 pts)
Lunch: nibbled on homemade ww bread, hummus and a few bites organic trail mix (9pts??)
Dinner: WW penne, broccoli, chicken, garlic, etc (6 pts)
Snacks: apple pie yogurt, fudgesicle (3 pts)
Hmm for some reason I though I had really overdone it today but I guess I did not
We had our Coop order come in today so its hard not to taste some of the yummy (hummus, etc), healthy things we order every month.
