question
hi everybody, i had a question about the milk and water intake for each week, i know i'm supposed to get 6 servings of water each day, and theres a space to check each serving off...but how much exactly is a serving? and the same goes with the milk, when you drink just plain milk, you minus the points as well as check it off for the milk servings for a day....correct? i'm just a little confused and new at this as well so anything would help! thanks so much!

A serving is 8 oz (1 cup) water/milk.
You would deduct the points for the milk servings from your Target. You can also use yogurt as a calcium. There's a list in your Week 1 booklet.
Good luck as you begin your weight loss journey!

You can use many things for the DAIRY requirement. If you don't have a week 1 booklet let me know and I'll post the list.
