I try to keep the "healthy" stuff only, because I can get most candy/cookies at our convience store. And almost everything is in single serving packages. I either buy the single serving sizes or distrubute it in to single serving zip-lock baggies at home before I bring ot to work. I try to keep these staples around so I can have a healthy snack if I need one.

apple sauce , natural style
cinnamon (to flavor the applesauce)
raisins
string cheese
low-fat wheat thins
snack-wells cereal bars
pirates booty
mini-shredded wheat cereal w/raisins inside
(sprinkle some cinnamon on it to liven it up)
baby carrots

and a few disposable glad containers for when I want to save half of my cafeteria meal for later in the week.

In my desk:

single-serve applesauce
Cup a Soup - ring noodle
assorted herbal tea
small can of pears in juice
occasionally some kisses or hard candy

I love the idea about keeping stuff in your car so you have to really want it and make an effort to get it.

Are you kidding?? I not only have a drawer but a whole overhead bin in my cubicle with
"snack stuff". I just rejoined WW and need to keep the "good stuff" around me so I don't venture into that nasty cafeteria!

Here goes:
In my desk drawer:
Of course: coffee/tea/green tea/sweetener
mints
those little packets of jam & crackers you get at restaurants (keep a stash of these).
plastic cutlery/cups/plates

In the overhead bin:
Instant oatmeal
canned fruit salad
veggie chili
can of green beans (love those & can eat them straight out of the can)
breakfast cereal bars
rice krispie squares
lite microowave popcorn
ff pudding
low fat President's choice soups
Peppermint patties

..and in the fridge
Perrier water
diet margarine
low fat salad dressing
baby carrots
ff yogurt
lite cream (for my coffee)
diet soft drinks

Wow, didn't even realize how much food I have - I'll never starve!

I don't keep tempting foods...Or they are gone (like someone else said) every time I open the drawer I take one!

So my list is:

Peanut butter (about 3/4 c at a time)
Ryvita High Fibre Crackers
Can of Veg soup
Lite micro wave popcorn, snack size
gum
tea
lite hot cocoa
Diet Pepsi
V-8

I keep the ryvita, 'cause I tend to usually eat them only if I am really hungry!

I usually pack a really good lunch for the whole day, so I don't lose track of what I am eating.

Cat Cookies, luna bars, a bag of Cafe Twists (cinnamon sugar flavor), Baker's Breakfast cookies, and a package of chocolate biscotti. I'm prepared for anything! Of course the water cooler is my favorite hangout these days. The man who delivers our bottled water has commented more than once on how much MORE water we've been using lately. Luckily, his wife is a very successful WW member who just achieved her goal, and he understands the concept!

My office is the closest one in the entire hospital to the cafeteria (which surprisingly has great albeit generally unhealthy food!)

Anyway, in addition to the usual (fruit salad, individual packs of pretzels, instant packets of soup), I have discovered:

Lemon drops (really good AND coated with powdered sugar so as to kill sugar cravings)

Little snack packs that have pretzels and cheese. Only 3 points and great for when you are REALLY hungry and can't/don't want to get out.

New individual cans of Campbell's soup -- just 3 points.

I also finally realized that for $5, I could buy another water bottle just for the office and not have to remember to bring the original one from home every day.

I don't know if you all have been watching Dr. Phil on Oprah, but this is one of his questions that he askes people who are trying to lose weight. The point is to set-up a healthy environment for a healthy life. It sounds like we are doing good. Boy, WW sure does help you weed out the bulk of junk, and realize that it is only a once and a while treat.

I have lots, also.

quaker instant flavoured oatmeal
crackers
low-fat cheese
packages of crystal light
low-fat granola bars
english muffins (sometimes)
Lipton cup-o-soup (cream of mushroom and cream of broccoli--1 pt. per package)
scotch mints (ALWAYS!)
small packages of red licorice nibbs

straws, plastic knives, forks and spoons
small plastic containers for the soup and oatmeal
and a 1 litre bottle of water that I fill 3 or 4 times a day.

hand lotion (lots of that!)
aspirins (lots of those, also!)

And a Big Turk chocolate bar (the one with the red turkish delight jelly in the middle of it) for the rare occasion that I get a chocolate craving.

Oh yeah--and dog biscuits for our office dog that visits

I am a grazer, so I have a lot in my desk. That way, I can have little meals / snacks when I get hungry.

Keep the E-N-E-R-G-Y up and the P-O-I-N-T-S down!

WW 2pts bars - Chocolately PB is the best
Luna Bars - Lemon Zest and Nutz Over Chocolate are my faves
Kashi Go Lean bars - my new treat
cereal
micro 98% Fat free popcorn
McVities rich tea biscuits (one point each and a VERY nice snack with big glass of water)
Bakers Breakfast cookies - YUM!!!
Diet Irn-Bru when I need a pickmeup

:-)

I don't feel so bad now! I've always felt like I was the only one who had a convenience store in a drawer!

I have:
Jolly Ranchers (they're hard so you have to suck on 'em instead of chewing them up so they last a long time!)
Healthy Pop popcorn (1 box of 3 and 2 bags)
Light Done Right Italian and Blue Cheese dressings (so that when the bottles in the office fridge are empty, I can replace them)
tea bags
Kashi Go Lean (yes the whole box)
2 cans of spinach (love the stuff in the afternoon with vinegar)
chicken boulion and tomato boulion
diet hot cocoa
